Admiral Rodney Saint Lucia Officer’s Release No.2 Irish Whiskey Cask Finish is a limited edition rum from the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. This rum is aged for a minimum of 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Irish whiskey casks for an additional 6 months. The result is a smooth and complex rum with notes of oak, vanilla, and caramel. The finish is long and sweet with a hint of spice. This rum is perfect for sipping neat or in a variety of cocktails.
