Alexander Valley Vineyards Alexander Valley 2018 is a full-bodied, dry red wine made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. It has aromas of blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry, with hints of spice and earth. On the palate, it is smooth and velvety, with flavors of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, and cassis, along with notes of mocha, tobacco, and spice. The finish is long and lingering, with a touch of oak. This wine pairs well with grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.
