Angels Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks is a unique and flavorful whiskey. This whiskey is made from a blend of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It is aged for up to six years in charred oak barrels before being finished in Caribbean rum casks for an additional three to six months. The result is a smooth and complex whiskey with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, and spice. The finish is sweet and slightly smoky with a hint of rum. This whiskey is perfect for sipping neat or in a classic cocktail.
