Bogle Family Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc is made with 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from the Clarksburg appellation in California. The winemaking process begins with the harvest when the grapes are picked in the cool morning light and pressed shortly thereafter. After pressing, the juice is cold fermented in stainless steel tanks for one to two weeks to highlight and preserve the fresh, fruity flavors. The finished wine is light-bodied and bright, offering intense notes of peach, honeydew melon, and grapefruit, along with a lively acidity and a crisp finish.
