Description
Bourbon Enthusiast – High West American Prairie 750 ml
High West American Prairie Bourbon is a limited edition bourbon that is made with a blend of two different bourbons. The first is a four-year-old bourbon that is made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley. The second is a two-year-old bourbon that is made from a mash bill of corn, wheat, and malted barley. The two bourbons are then blended together and aged in new, charred American oak barrels. The result is a smooth, full-bodied bourbon with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. High West American Prairie Bourbon is bottled at 90 proof and is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
