This limited-edition bourbon is a collaboration between Bourbon Enthusiast and Penelope Bourbon by the Barrel. It is a private select bourbon that has been aged for a minimum of 8 years in new American oak barrels. The nose is full of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. The palate is smooth and creamy, with notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and baking spices. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of sweetness. This is a great bourbon for sipping neat or on the rocks.
