Bozal Mezcal Cuishe Single Maguey Joven is a premium mezcal made from 100% agave Cuishe. It is produced in the small village of San Baltazar Guelavila, Oaxaca, Mexico. This mezcal is made using traditional methods, including the use of a tahona wheel to crush the agave. The agave is then cooked in an underground oven and fermented in wooden vats. The mezcal is then double distilled in copper stills. This mezcal has a smoky, earthy flavor with notes of citrus and herbs. It is best enjoyed neat or in a cocktail.
