This is a unique, handcrafted rum from Cali Distillery in Washington State. It is aged in oak barrels for 2-3 years before bottling. The Special Reserve is a smooth, complex rum with notes of toasted oak, vanilla, butterscotch, and caramel. It is deliciously smooth and easy to drink, making it great for sipping or in classic cocktails. Additionally, Cali Special Reserve is an excellent mixing rum that can be used to create a variety of elaborate cocktails.
