Chairman’s Reserve Masters is a limited edition rum from the St. Lucia Distillers. It is a blend of 19-year-old rums from the distillery’s aging stocks, and is bottled at 43% ABV. The rum has a deep mahogany color, with aromas of dried fruits, toffee, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and mellow, with notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of smokiness. This is a great sipping rum, and would be perfect for a special occasion.
