Colonel E.H Taylor JR Warehouse C Straight Kentucky Bourbon is a limited edition bourbon produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery. It is aged for at least 8 years in Warehouse C, a historic warehouse built in 1881. This bourbon is bottled at 90 proof and has a deep amber color. On the nose, it has aromas of oak, caramel, and vanilla. On the palate, it has flavors of toasted oak, caramel, and spice. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of sweetness. This bourbon is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.
