Courage and Conviction American Single Malt Touch of Modern Cuvee Cask no 1269 is a limited edition single malt whiskey from the Courage and Conviction Distillery. This whiskey is aged in a combination of new American oak and ex-bourbon barrels, and then finished in a special Cuvee cask. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a complex aroma of toasted oak, dried fruit, and baking spices. On the palate, it has a smooth and creamy texture with notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of spice. This whiskey is perfect for sipping neat or in a classic cocktail.
