Dark Door Spirit of the Oak 750ml
The Spirit of the Oak is a limited edition whiskey from Dark Door Distillery. It is a blend of two whiskeys, one aged in new American oak barrels and the other aged in used American oak barrels. The whiskey is bottled at 90 proof and has a deep amber color. On the nose, it has notes of oak, caramel, and vanilla. On the palate, it has a smooth, creamy texture with notes of oak, caramel, and vanilla. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of spice.
