The gin is distilled in small batches and has a unique flavor profile that is perfect for sipping neat or in a variety of cocktails. The gin is made with juniper, coriander, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel, and cardamom, and is aged in oak barrels for up to two years. The result is a smooth, complex gin with notes of citrus, spice, and wood.
