Dona Vega Tobala Mezcal is a small-batch, artisanal mezcal made from wild tobalá agave. It is produced in the village of San Juan del Río, Oaxaca, Mexico, by a family of mezcaleros who have been making mezcal for generations. The tobalá agave used to make this mezcal is harvested from the wild and cooked in a traditional underground oven.
