Durrumbes Mezcal Oaxaca is a premium mezcal made from 100% agave Espadín. It is produced in the traditional way in the small village of San Juan del Río, Oaxaca, Mexico. The mezcal is made with the same methods used for centuries, using a stone oven to cook the agave, a horse-drawn tahona to crush the cooked agave, and a copper still to distill the mezcal. The result is a smooth, smoky, and complex mezcal with notes of cooked agave, citrus, and herbs. Durrumbes Mezcal Oaxaca is perfect for sipping neat or in cocktails.
