George Dickel Sour Mash Whiskey Hand Selected Barrel (#023) is a limited edition whiskey from the George Dickel Distillery in Tennessee. This whiskey is made from a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley and is aged in charred oak barrels for a minimum of 8 years. The whiskey is then hand-selected from the barrels and bottled at 90 proof. This whiskey has a smooth, mellow flavor with notes of oak, caramel, and spice. It is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.
