Holmes Cay Single Cask Rum Australia Beenleigh 2012 750 ml
This limited edition single cask rum from Holmes Cay is a blend of rums aged for up to 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It is bottled at cask strength and has a deep golden color. On the nose, it has aromas of caramel, toffee, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla, toffee, and oak. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of spice. This is a great rum for sipping neat or in a classic rum cocktail.
