Holmes Cay Single Cask Rum Jamaica ITP is a limited edition rum from the Caribbean island of Jamaica. This rum is made from a blend of pot and column still rums, aged for a minimum of 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It is bottled at cask strength, with an ABV of 57.5%. The nose is full of sweet aromas of caramel, toffee, and vanilla, with hints of oak and spice. The palate is smooth and creamy, with notes of brown sugar, molasses, and dried fruit. The finish is long and warming, with a hint of spice. This is a great rum for sipping neat or in a classic rum cocktail.
