Jefferson’s Ocean Barrel No 81 is a limited-edition bourbon whiskey that is aged for 8 years in American oak barrels and then finished in Caribbean rum barrels. It is bottled at 90.2 proof and has a deep amber color. On the nose, it has notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak, with hints of tropical fruit.
