The distillery specializes in small-batch spirits made with locally sourced ingredients. Their Mahealani 750 ml is a special edition, artisanal rum featuring the unique flavors and aroma of Hawai’i. Made from sugar cane grown in the Waimanalo region, this Caribbean-style rum is double distilled in a copper pot still, then aged one to two years in charred American Oak barrels. The aroma is filled with notes of sweet caramel, brown sugar, and spiced coconut, while the flavor has a light and smooth taste with hints of tropical fruit and toasted oak.
