The Malahat Spirits Rye Whiskey is a 100% Rye Whiskey made in the style of traditional American Rye Whiskeys with 95% premium Canadian rye. It is produced in small batches with careful attention paid to the craft of distillation and aging. The whiskey is aged for at least 1 year in new charred oak barrels, giving it a robust flavor and distinct spicy notes. It has a strong rye spice with hints of dark fruits, oak, and baking spices.
