Method and Madness Single Malt is a unique and complex whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in Ireland. This whiskey is made from a combination of malted and unmalted barley, which is then triple distilled in copper pot stills. The whiskey is then aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks for a minimum of three years. The result is a whiskey with a smooth, creamy texture and a complex flavor profile of honey, spice, and dried fruit. Method and Madness Single Malt is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
