MIAMI COCKTAIL MIAMI COCKTAIL Bellini Spritz 250 ml
Prosecco
50 ml peach puree
25 ml Aperol
25 ml peach liqueur
1 dash of orange bitters
1 orange slice for garnish
Instructions
1. In a shaker, combine the peach puree, Aperol, peach liqueur, and orange bitters.
2. Shake well and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
3. Top with Prosecco and stir gently.
4. Garnish with an orange slice.
5. Enjoy!
