The Port Cask Expression #3 from Mount Gay is a limited edition rum that has been aged in ex-port casks for a minimum of 12 years. This expression has a deep mahogany color and a complex aroma of dried fruits, toasted oak, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of dried fruits, toasted oak, and sweet spices. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of sweetness.
