Old Carter Straight Bourbon Whiskey Batch 3-CA is a limited-edition bourbon whiskey from the Old Carter Whiskey Company. This batch is made from a blend of two-year-old and four-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. It is bottled at 90 proof and has a deep amber color. On the nose, it has aromas of caramel, oak, and vanilla. On the palate, it has flavors of toasted oak, caramel, and baking spices. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of sweetness.
