The Old Elk Infinity Blend Limited Release is a limited-edition whiskey blend made from aged Straight Bourbon Whiskey and Straight Rye Whiskey. The blend is a proprietary recipe, created by Old Elk Distillery, featuring 8-year-old Straight Rye Whiskey and 6-year-old Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The whiskey is finished in port barrels and then vatted together to produce a unique flavor profile. The blend has an aroma of Black Cherry, Oak, Caramel, and Spice, a rich flavor of Caramel and Oak, and an enjoyable, lingering finish. The limited-release whiskey is bottled at 96 proof, making it a great rye whiskey to savor and enjoy.
