Old Elk Straight Wheat Enthusiast is a limited-edition, 6-year-old, 750 ml bottle of straight wheat whiskey. It is made from a mash bill of 80% wheat and 20% malted barley, and is aged in new, charred American oak barrels. The whiskey has a light, sweet nose with notes of honey, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy, with flavors of caramel, toffee, and spice. The finish is long and warm, with a hint of oak. This whiskey is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.
