Old Elk Straight Wheat Whiskey is a small-batch, craft whiskey made from a mash of 70% winter wheat and 30% malted barley. It is aged for at least two years in new, charred American oak barrels. The whiskey has a light, sweet nose with notes of honey, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with a hint of spice and a long, warm finish. This whiskey is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.
