This rye whiskey is aged for at least two years in new, charred American oak barrels and bottled at 110 proof. Cask 1041 is a single barrel rye whiskey that has been aged for an additional two years in a single barrel, giving it a unique flavor profile. This whiskey has a bold, spicy flavor with notes of pepper, oak, and caramel. It is a great sipping whiskey and can also be used in cocktails.
