Plantation Guyana Single Cask Rum 2008 750 ml
This Plantation Guyana Single Cask Rum is a limited edition rum from the Caribbean island of Guyana. It was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2018, making it a 10-year-old rum. It is made from a blend of pot and column still rums, and has been aged in ex-bourbon barrels. The rum has a deep golden color and a complex aroma of dried fruits, toffee, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy, with notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of sweetness. This is a great sipping rum, and would also be perfect for cocktails.
