Rabbit Hole Dareringer Sherry Casks Finished Bourbon is a limited edition bourbon whiskey that is finished in sherry casks. It is made from a blend of two-year-old and four-year-old bourbons, and is bottled at 90 proof. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of dried fruit, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy, with notes of caramel, toffee, and dried fruit. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of spice.
