This whiskey is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry hogsheads casks, and then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The result is a whiskey with a deep, rich, and complex flavor profile. On the nose, there are notes of dried fruits, toasted oak, and dark chocolate.
