The Redbreast Single Pot Whisky Lustau Edition is a special edition of Redbreast’s classic single pot still Irish whiskey. This whiskey is made with a blend of malted and unmalted barley, which is triple distilled in copper pot stills. The whiskey is then aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, before being finished in Lustau sherry casks. The result is a whiskey with a deep, rich flavor profile, with notes of dried fruit, toasted oak, and a hint of spice. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of sweetness. This whiskey is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.
