Rey Campero Espadin is a mezcal made from 100% Espadin agave. It is produced in the Oaxaca region of Mexico and is made using traditional methods. The agave is cooked in an underground oven, crushed with a tahona, fermented in open-air tanks, and double-distilled in copper stills. The resulting mezcal is smooth and smoky, with notes of cooked agave, citrus, and herbs. It is perfect for sipping neat or in cocktails.
