Smith and Cross Traditional Jamaica Rum is a traditional Jamaican rum that is made up of pot and column distilled rums from Jamaica. It is a blend of rums from distilleries in and around the Jamaican capital of Kingston. It is made using only traditional ingredients and processes, and without added flavoring, sweeteners, nor any other artificial additives or preservatives. It is bottled at 46% ABV, for a full-bodied, bold, and flavorful rum. The rum showcases the tradition and unique character of Jamaican rums. It has an aroma of sweet molasses and baking spices, along with some wood and fruity notes. The palate is dominated by bold notes of molasses, caramel, butterscotch, and fresh-baked gingerbread. The finish is long and warm, with lingering notes of spices and oak. This rum is wonderful when sipped neat or on the rocks.
