This is a limited edition whiskey from the Son of a Peat series. It is a single malt Scotch whisky that has been aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-sherry casks. The whisky has a deep amber color and a rich, smoky aroma with notes of dried fruit, toffee, and spice. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with flavors of caramel, toffee, and dried fruit. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of smoke. This is a great whisky for sipping neat or on the rocks.
