Spirit Works Distillery Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey Cask Strength Private Barrel (Batch #001) is a limited edition, small batch whiskey made from a blend of four grains: corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley. This whiskey is aged in new, charred American oak barrels for a minimum of two years and bottled at cask strength. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of caramel, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of toffee, spice, and oak. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of sweetness. This whiskey is perfect for sipping neat or in a classic cocktail.
