Surf City Stillworks Pierside Honey Bourbon is a unique spirit made with local honey and distilled spirits from four West Coast distilleries. The honey is incorporated directly into the whisky during distillation, resulting in a smooth, sweet spirit with notes of toasted grain, caramel, and vanilla.
