Surf Side Still Works’ Pierside is an American Craft-style Whiskey distilled from 100% locally-sourced and roasted barley and distilled in a custom-built copper pot still. It is aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months, resulting in a gentle, honeyed spirit that retains the character of the grains while offering a hint of smoke. Pierside is then proofed to 75 proof and bottled to ensure its freshness and quality.
