Templeton Rye Aged 4 Years is a small batch rye whiskey made from a mash of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It is aged for four years in new, charred American oak barrels and bottled at 80 proof. The whiskey has a spicy, sweet aroma with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, and toasted oak. The finish is long and warm with a hint of spice. Templeton Rye Aged 4 Years is a great choice for sipping neat or in classic cocktails.
