Banhez Mezcal Joven Ensamble 750 ml
Banhez Mezcal Joven Ensamble is a premium mezcal made from a blend of agave Espadín, Tepeztate, and Tobalá. It is produced in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico, and is made using traditional methods. The agave is cooked in an underground oven, then crushed with a stone wheel, and fermented with natural yeast. The mezcal is then double-distilled in copper stills. The result is a smooth, smoky, and slightly sweet mezcal with notes of citrus, herbs, and spices. Enjoy it neat or in a variety of cocktails.
