Barrell Bourbon Batch 028 is a limited-edition bourbon whiskey from Barrell Craft Spirits. It is a blend of 11-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey and 12-year-old Tennessee straight bourbon whiskey. The whiskey is bottled at a cask strength of 115.2 proof and has a deep amber color. On the nose, it has aromas of caramel, toffee, and oak. On the palate, it has flavors of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and baking spices. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of oak.
