Beringer Bros. Bourbon Barrel Aged California 2019 is a limited-edition, barrel-aged red blend from Beringer Vineyards. This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Sirah, and Zinfandel, aged for 12 months in charred American oak barrels. The result is a full-bodied, complex wine with aromas of dark fruit, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, the wine is smooth and balanced, with flavors of blackberry, cherry, and vanilla. The finish is long and lingering, with hints of oak and spice. Enjoy this wine with grilled meats, hearty stews, or aged cheeses.
