The Buffalo Trace Distillery Experimental Collection Banju is a limited edition bourbon whiskey that was released in 2020. It is made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley and is aged for 12 years in new charred oak barrels. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it has notes of vanilla, toffee, and baking spices, with a long, smooth finish. This whiskey is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.
