Calumet 15 Year and 8 Year Small Batch Bourbon is a premium bourbon whiskey produced by the Calumet Distillery in Kentucky. The 15 Year Small Batch Bourbon is aged for 15 years in charred oak barrels, while the 8 Year Small Batch Bourbon is aged for 8 years. Both bourbons are made with a blend of corn, rye, and malted barley, and are bottled at 90 proof. The 15 Year Small Batch Bourbon has a deep amber color and a complex flavor profile of oak, caramel, and spice. The 8 Year Small Batch Bourbon has a light amber color and a smooth, sweet flavor with notes of vanilla and oak. Both bourbons are perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.
