Daviess County Straight Bourbon is a small-batch bourbon whiskey produced by the Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. It is aged for at least four years in new, charred oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a sweet, oaky aroma. On the palate, it has notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak, with a hint of spice. The finish is smooth and mellow.
