Defiance High Rye Bourbon 750 ml
Defiance High Rye Bourbon is a small batch bourbon whiskey made from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. It is aged for at least two years in new, charred American oak barrels. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and baking spices. The finish is long and warm with a hint of spice. Defiance High Rye Bourbon is a great choice for sipping neat or in a classic cocktail.
