This rum is aged for 15 years in American oak barrels, then transferred to Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for an additional 5 years of aging. The result is a complex and flavorful rum with notes of oak, vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit. The finish is smooth and sweet, with a hint of spice.
