Elmer T Lee Single Barrel Sour Mash is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery. It is aged for 8-10 years in new, charred American oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of toasted oak, caramel, and vanilla. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of spice.
