This limited edition half bottle contains 375ml of ancestral Tepeztate mezcal made with entubada fermentation – a traditional indigenous process from the region.
This release is made from a blend of wild and cultivated Agave Espadin and wild wild Maguey Toritano. This mezcal has aromas of cooked agave, raisins, cloves, and baked apples. On the palate, the flavors are well balanced with a smokey finish along with caramel, prunes, and nuts.
The bottle is presented in the authentic and preserved style of Oaxacan hand-blown glass which conveys the passion and authenticity of the region. The back label features a unique and traditional illustration of the Oaxacan culture.
